This 1 hour workshop will allow you to explore the music, history and culture of each rhythm, one at a time.  If you do not know how to dance, or want to understand these rhythms better, then this is a good place to start. You will leave each workshop with solid basic movements of each rhythm, and we will train you to move your body more fluently to the music.
